The Options window allows you to modify the default Velixo Reports configuration for the current workbook.
Refresh data when opening the file: When checked, smart refresh will be performed when workbook opens.
Return zero value when account, subaccount, branch, project or other identifier is not found: When checked, functions will return zero if an identifier or specified financial period (Velixo v5 or higher) is not found in the current tenant. This option is useful when creating reports that consolidate data from multiple tenants with different configuration. You must refresh your report after changing this option.
Refresh external data sources and PivotTables when refreshing this workbook: When check, will automatically refresh both PivotTables and non-Velixo external data sources when using the Velixo Refresh feature.
|Note: When a Velixo 6 (and higher) Distribution List is used with a report containing pivot tables, the pivot tables will be automatically refreshed as part of the Distribution process.|
Use an alternative algorithm when removing all formulas: When checked, allows users who experience performance issues during either:
• Report Distribution [with Excel (Remove All Formulas)] or
• when using the Copy Without Formulas -> Remove All Formulas feature
to use an alternative algorithm to achieve the requested results. This option should only be used if issues have been experienced in the features noted or if directed by Velixo Technical Support.
