Velixo Reports supports Acumatica 2018 R2 and Velixo is fully committed to supporting new versions of Acumatica within 30 days of release. Sometimes, changes in Acumatica will require slight configuration adjustments before Velixo can be used for the new version. The following instructions applies to customers using Velixo Reports with a version of Acumatica older than 2018 R2 and upgrading to 2018 R2 or newer.
From every tenant that uses Velixo Reports, complete the following stpes:
- Go to the Generic Inquiry screen
- Locate the VelixoReportsPro-FinPeriods inquiry
- Click the Delete button
- Login to Acumatica from Excel -- you will be prompted to created this inquiry. Click Yes.
That's it! Acumatica made internal changes to the financial periods which requires a small change to the inquiries we use. Everything else will work just like before following the update.
